Forecasts are regional. They predict 4°C at your property's centre, not −0.5°C in the corner that always frosts first. Forecasts tell you something is coming. Sensors tell you what's actually happening on your land, where, and at what severity. We use both, that's the point. But forecasts alone average your land away.
We replace it. Hardware is included in your subscription, so a failed node is our problem, not yours. Replacement units ship within five business days; we walk you through the swap or send a tech if needed.
The gateway buffers everything locally and re-streams when it's back online. The sensors keep recording. You don't lose readings.
The nodes, the cartridges and the probes are. The certified control modules that sit on a node's bus — relay modules, energy meters, variable-speed drives — are bought per use case, because not every block wants a valve under rule control and we would rather not price every subscription as if it did. A few hundred dollars a module is typical; we quote it with your deployment.
Only once you switch it on for that land. Until then the scheduler proposes each run as a card and you confirm it. When you enable it, you set the overnight window and a hard ceiling per run, and every run still goes through the same interlocks and kill switch as a rule.
Yes. Pull the node, scan the QR code in your browser, walk it to the new spot, and the dashboard updates the map automatically.
